All classes start on Tuesdays. They start at 8:00 am and end around 4:30 pm. Manuals will be provided the day of the class. Lunch is on your own unless specifically stated otherwise. Internal Audit Training is 1/2 day.

HACCP Classes

Please see the HACCP page for more information. They normally start at 8:00 am and end around 4:00 pm each day. Sushi HACCP is one day. Basic HACCP and Seafood are two days while Juice is three days. Manuals will be provided the day of the class. Lunch is on your own unless specifically stated otherwise.

FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food Course-PCQI requirement.

The Current Good Manufacturing Practice, Hazard Analysis, and Risk-based Preventive Controls for Human Food regulation (referred to as the Preventive Controls for Human Food regulation) is intended to ensure safe manufacturing/processing, packing and holding of food products for human consumption in the United States.

On site food safety, HACCP and PCQI classes.

The classes listed below are open to anyone who signs up. However, the majority of all our classes are private or closed classes. This means a company or facility selected us to teach a group of their people. If you are interested please call or email. Manuals will be provided the day of the class. 5 person minimum for food safety classes and 4 person minimum for HACCP and PCQI. If your company requires a specific system please let us know.
