Food Safety Audit
It is an inspection service that is regularly scheduled with clients to improve food safety and product life in their facility. Some of our clients are inspected monthly, quarterly and annually. Government standards are much lower than industry standards.

The cost is $500 for an all day food safety audit that includes training. Often companies will tie department manager's bonuses and reviews to the audit's percentage score. Each audit will be customized to your facility. The initial setup and pre inspection are included.
Some companies use this as a training tool or to prepare for an AIB or NSF Cook and Thurber Audit.
